I will be offering massage in the beautiful countryside of Italy, less than an hour from Rome, among the olive groves, oak trees and a rolling landscape, lies a peaceful haven for yoga, meditation, massage and the arts.
The surroundings are lush and abundant, with a natural spring, gardens, pond, outdoor and indoor yoga spaces, delicious fresh food grown in the grounds, and a swimming pool. The property is peaceful, rustic and ideal for spiritual practice.

I will be offering Massage and also a Yoga Retreat at a privately owned, untouched dream Island.
The Island has a couple of white washed and blue shuttered traditional Greek homes, a church and lighthouse. It is an exclusive retreat for a maximum of 10 guests. This is truly a magical place to practice the art and joy of yoga. A place you can unwind and merge with nature and self.
Silver Island Yoga is completely off the grid! We have no mains water or electricity, therefore pride ourselves on employing environmental best practices wherever possible. The facilities use a generator for electricity and solar power to harness the sun's energy to heat our water, which is collected and filtered from the winter’s rainfall. Being off the grid also means that this will be an opportunity for our guests to have a digital detox! Greek organic and biodegradable toiletries are also provided for our guests, as water is recycled for watering the gardens.

Yoga followed by Live Sound Journey, Intro to the Shinto/Shamanic ideology of the drum, Yoga to the accompaniment of live drums, Playing your drum - releasing the spirit of your drum.

- For the water lovers - Snorkels and goggles are provided, letting you to get to know our local fish, or do some shell diving.
- For the walkers - there is 60 acres of island to explore and over 2000 olive trees to sit under and meditate.
- For the artistic and creative - there is an art cupboard, which you are welcome to help yourself to or bring a journal to express yourself in
- For those who just want to relax - there is sea, sun, hammocks and the most exquisite scenery.
