This is a useful Moon Chart from the Moon Mysteries Website. You can use this resource to chart your menstruation cycle, emotional and physical being in relation to the cycle of the moon. We do this to begin the journey into ourselves, to become aware of our own unique bodies - as a process of svadhyaya - self-reflection.
The chart takes one lunar cycle, a month. The black moon indicates the new moon and the white moon is the full moon. Begin on the first day of your bleeding by noting the date and the phase of the lunar cycle. e.g if your bleeding starts on the 8th you can go HERE and look at the lunar calender at the bottom of the page to see where to begin on your chart, for example the 8th is the full moon so you start on the white moon. Then in the spaces provided note your emotional being and physical being - you can use whatever works for you symbols, drawings, colours, words.

Mooncup - alternative to Tampons
Benefits:
The reusable Mooncup offers a simple way to dramatically reduce the amount of waste you produce.
One Mooncup lasts for years, and costs the same as the average woman will spend on disposable sanitary protection in three months.
The Mooncup does not contain any absorbency gels, additives or perfumes. Unlike some conventional cotton sanitary products, it is also free from pesticides and GM materials.
Tampons can cause dryness and leave fibres behind. The Mooncup does not disrupt your body's natural pH levels.
