We will:
- Train and build muscles to enable easier movement & to strengthen our core
- Reeducate our breath to help our entire core
- Use yoga based movements and functional movements to realign our bodies & move away from pain
- Talk about nutrition to aid healing
- Relaxation
- Movements will be geared towards your individual concerns and aims
- Will be adapted to suit any age
- By filling out a detailed questionaire the session can be geared towards you
- We will do a postural assessment
- Spinal mobility assessment
- I may, with permission, palpate to feel external areas that are stuck, or to help mobalise tissues
- It is helpful to take photos/video so that you can go home and practice a few movements between our sessions

To really see progress you will need to do a series of sessions plus some simple 5-10 minute practice by yourself inbetween sessions.
