Massage
Depending on your aim, this massage can either be gentle and used for relaxation or I can work with some Deep Tissue techniques to ease aches and pains and break down knotted areas. The techniques used are designed to improve your circulation, soothe your muscles and bring a sense of relaxation, calm and serenity.
The massage can also be done with pre-blended aromatherapy oils in order to gain the benefits of aromatherapy and further deepen your relaxation or relieve painful muscles.
I have additional specialist training in treating Carpel Tunnel Syndrome, Golfers/Tennis Elbow, OLecranon Bursitis, DeQuervain's Thumb (Mummy Thumb), and Jaw Tension.
