Crustless Quiche - wild salmon & leek

Method
Try different combinations of veg.
- 3 eggs
- 4 tablespoons crème fraîche
- 1 leek
- Wild smoked salmon
- Pinch grated nutmeg
- Pepper
Method
- Preheat oven 180°
- Whisk the eggs together
- Add the crème fraîche and whisk
- Add a small amount of pepper and grate some nutmeg to taste
- Cut the leek into small strips
- Sauté the leek
- Cut small pieces of wild salmon
- Put the leek and salmon in your muffin case
- Pour the eggs and crème fraîche on
- Put in oven for 20 mins or until golden and softly set.
- Let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
