Crustless Quiche - wild salmon & leek

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons crème fraîche
  • 1 leek
  • Wild smoked salmon
  • Pinch grated nutmeg
  • Pepper

Method

  • Preheat oven 180°
  • ​Whisk the eggs together
  • Add the crème fraîche and whisk
  • Add a small amount of pepper and grate some nutmeg to taste
  • Cut the leek into small strips
  • Sauté the leek
  • Cut small pieces of wild salmon
  • Put the leek and salmon in your muffin case
  • Pour the eggs and crème fraîche on
  • Put in oven for 20 mins or until golden and softly set.
  • Let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
