Raw Almond Milk
Soak the almonds overnight
Peal the skins off
Blend all ingredients together
Sieve through a muslin cloth to collect the smooth milk.
Use within 12 hours of making.
You can use this as a replacement for milk in cereal or add bananas, raw cacao, strawberries etc to make a delicious milk shake.
- 2 handfulls of raw almonds
- 1-2 dates - to sweeten to you taste
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla powder or 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 300ml water
